| With mixed emotion this is the last post for LondonCity. I will be leaving on Sunday for an awfully big adventure, one which take me around the world to new places, new people, and certainly new experiences. Doubtless there will be many photo opportunities along the way, but as this marks a new and very different chapter in my life I kinda feel like drawing a close to this blog. Over the past year the posts have become sporadic at best so I think maybe if I find I'm in a position to start posting again that I will start a new one. Thank you for following along, there have been many kind comments over the past four years and I've thoroughly enjoyed finding photos for you to look at. If you'd asked me when I moved here how many pictures I thought would be posted I probably would have guessed about 100, now there are 6 times that. I'd love to know if you have any favourites. For me there are 5 that I really enjoy: the picture of a pigeon looking like he's on his way to work, the one of a cross in the corner of a church yard, the two sheep standing on a hill, a beautiful face done in graffiti, and that mountain pass between italy and switzerland. The memories will last a lifetime. Anyway, wish me luck, I'm going to need it. xo tk |
